【Abstract】objective To explore the diagnostic value of four dimentional echocardiography in patients with left heart valve disease.Methods 60 patients with left heart valve disease were examined with transthoracic echocardiography (TTE)transesophageal echocardiography(TEE) and four dimentional reconstruction(4D).Results 1.4D echocardiography can display the whole structures of left heart valve. 2.All the pathological structures displayed in 4D emage were confirmed in operation4D echocardiography can rectify the false diagnosis in TTE.Conclusions 4D echocardiography can display the whole structures of and around the valvecan provide information for the therapy of valve disease.
